Dr. Segal received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Colorado. She completed her residency at the Washington University / Barnes Hospital Ophthalmology program in St. Louis, Missouri. She has lived in Frederick County for more than twenty years and is in solo general ophthalmology practice here. She has a very successful surgical practice and has done thousands of micro-surgical procedures.
